1. Magento Connector a. Auto import and track shipments from Magento store for 380 couriers worldwide, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, China Post and etc.. (free) b. Sending email or SMS notifications to customers when shipments are in statuses of "Transit", "Out For Delivery", "Delivered" or "Exception" (Premium). c. 2. Connect Procedure a. Sign up a Trackingmore account and login to the backstage for free; b. Click "Connector">"Magento authorization" and then click "Connect Magento" icon to enter the binding page; c. Enter your store url, username (take a name you wish), API Key and Store ID; d. Click "connect" button to complete connecting Magento. Note: Trackingmore will auto sync your orders in Magento store every 8 hours.
3. Description Numbers synchronized to your Trackingmore account (also known as backstage) will be auto matched with the correct courier and tracked by the system. Users can filter numbers by couriers, shipping statuses, add time and do analytics to know the delivery performance, thus to adjust the shipping policy. When upgrading to premium account, users can send customized email or SMS notifications to inform customers the latest tracking info according to the shipping statuses. Besides, users can also set up a branded tracking page including store logo, url and customized tracking link to start a sales promotion and build customer trust.
